Balloon Man

To draw Balloon Man draw a purple circle with tiny white dashes everywere. Then draw a half of a black heart on each side of the head for the ears. On the top of the head put a black top hat with a red oval sticking out on the right side for a feather. On the bottom of the circle put a squigley green line for the string. Then inside of the circle put two small pink circles on each side of the head for the cheeks. Then put two black dots for the eyes. On top of the eyes put straight black lines for the eyebrows. Then put a black small dot for the nose.
