First, draw a green round head about the size of a silver dollar. Dr. Madman does not have a body, attach all body parts to his green head. Second, draw orange wings that are medium size and they're curved. Next, make both ears that are pierced in gold. Then, a red tail about the size of a rat tail. Add yellow teeth that are pointy. Now make an eye patch on the right eye about the size of an eye hole. Make curved horns and a small horn on the middle of his head. Make fire between the right and left horn going from point to point. Make three toes on his legs and two fingers on his arms. Finally, the fire is red, orange and yellow in skinny lines.
