Jack in the Dress

My monster has an average size pumpkin head. It has extended acute triangle eyes and a normal small triangle nose. It has only an upper lip and has four fangs starting from the center of the lip. It has a tuxedo type shirt that is black. A white dress shirt under it, with a tie. It has six buttons under the tie. It's sleeves are long and the hands are bones (three fingers plus a thumb). Under the shirt it has a long dress with little straws at the end. The monster has no feet.
