Life story of Dev Il Con: Dev Il Con is wanted in Ireland, Scotland, and mysteriously in the state of Chicago. He is the leader of the dark side group. He even interrupted a mass on Christmas Eve. He is a bad man.

My monster's name is Dev Il Con. He is mean, evil, and is two inches tall. He has a round head with a little green top hat on top. He has a long pointy nose. He has one big eye on the left of his face and an empty eye socket on the right. The larger eye is bloodshot green. He has an orange beard starting at his chin, going up the sides of his face, up to his hat. Under his empty eye socket there is a cut oozing green blood down his face. He has a light green shirt. Over the shirt is a darker green jacket that is open. He then has little green pants with black shoes and a black belt where our belts usually go. He has tiny little hands with four fingers with sharp, curved edges. On his face, his lips are small and red with fangs coming out of the sides. He also stands under a purple mushroom with pink spots. The mushroom is dripping with rain. If you follow the steps correctly, you will have drawn Dev Il Con.
