Christmas Tree Monster

My monster is half tree on his body and has a human's head. He has lots of colorful lights. He has a face like a cat and feet like a dog. He has hands of a human and ears like an elephant. He mostly has ornaments and garland on his body. 
His body is blue on his left side and green on his right. His shoes are like a clowns shoes. His eyes are like a ghosts eye. His nose is triangular. His mouth is very small. He has 5 legs.
