Flipper Boy

1. Draw a 3 in. by 3 in. octagon.

2. Right below it is a 2 ' inch blue circle.

3. On each side of the circle there is an orange triangle.

4. At the end of the triangles there are blue flipper like shapes that look like kites. 

5. Under the circle there is a blue oval 1 in. by 1 ' inch.

6. Then there are gray flipper like shapes below the oval that look like upside down kites.

7. Draw two small blue circles inside the octagon for eyes.

8. Draw a skinny orange diamond for a mouth. It almost touches the inside edges of the octagon.

9. Color the octagon green.
