Sweet Tooth Louie

Sweet Tooth Louie loves sweet food. He has a round head. His face is green and he has short red hair on his head that stands up. He also has one long red hair on the very top of his head that sticks straight up in the air. He has black eyebrows that grew together in the middle to form one big eyebrow. The pupils of his eyes are red. He has a small u-shaped nose with a big black mole on it. 

He has a large hotdog shaped mouth with upper teeth only. Louie has one large rectangular shaped tooth, which is his sweet tooth. It is long and reaches past his lower lip all the way to his chin. He has four other teeth (2 on each side of his sweet tooth). They are small, pointed and slant toward the outside of his mouth. His teeth are yellow-orange because he doesn't brush them. The inside of his mouth is red.

He has a blue oval-shaped body with two short purple arms. On each hand he has two pointed fingers with black pointed fingernails. He has no legs and bounces wherever he goes.
