Mystic Mountain Hopper

This creature lives in the mountians, so there for, it is built to hop from rock to rock with powerful hind legs.
When veiwing it from the left side,you can see medium sized, dragon-like wings. It's wings are bright green,with dark green stripes, and have three prongs with light green skin in between them. Almost like a ducks foot. The wings are on the mountian hoppers back.
The tail is a brilliant green like the wings. It has dark green scales on it and a purple arrow at the end. It is held at an S shape.
The hind legs look sort of like a rabbits. They are light brown and at a sitting position. They have three toes.
The mountian hopper sits like a dog. Its back is light brown, like the hind legs. Only, Its back has unusual markings. It has several small, dark brown stripes, and five blue polka-dots, and five yellow polka-dots, scattered between the stripes.
The front legs are still the same light brown, and are very cat-like. It has three toes on each foot. 
This creature has a white chest and belly, that starts at its upper chest, and goes down to the hind legs.
It has a fairly round face,looking straight towards you, and a short neck.It has large cheeks, and two thick whiskers on each side of its face. The whisker on top, is very long, and the one below, is very short.
It has an oval horizontal nose,and a half smile. The area around the nose and mouth, is tan. This coloration extends down past its chest, and turns into a thin line between its white stomach, and brown back.
Back at the head, the area above the tan part is light brown, like the rest of the body.
The eyes look like triangles. The sides facing each other are vertical, and the sides away from each other are slightly curved in at the top. It has medium sized pupils. The pupils have a dark blue color around them.
The ears are very large. Almost like a rabbits, but much thicker.Between the two ears is a tuft of dark brown fur.
