' Draw two lineless blue circles one on below the other. Creating an eight.

' In an oval shape draw two wings one below the other were the arms would be. The outline of the wings should be zig zag. The bottom wings should be red the top should be yellow

' Out of the red wings should be one hand on each side that is yellow with a zig zag outline

' Three feet on the bottom of the shape with six claws

' Two eyes two ears and a beak were they would regular be on a human or an animal.

' A little purple hair like bangs on his forehead.

' A party hat on his head

' A wand in his right hand.
