The head is a large white circle outlined in blue. The circle is not perfectly round.
Coming out of the center of the top of the head is a medium sized blue oval. The oval goes the long way. In the center of this oval are two very small red horizontal lines. They look a little like an = but the bottom line is a little longer than the top line.
Inside the white circle, under where the blue oval connects are the monsters 2 small round orange eyes. Under the eyes is the monsters long thin orange mouth. 
The monsters two blue stick arms come right out of his head, one on each side. He has a red bracelet on each arm.
His two blue stick legs also come right out of the head. There is a red horizontal line connecting the two legs together. That is it.
