Draw a circle for the head.
Draw blue hair on the top of this head.
Draw 2 big wings, one on each side of the circle.
Draw a hand on the bottom of the right wing in the middle and one on the top of the left wing in the middle colour the wings yellow with 2 red stripes on the right wing and read stripe on the left wing.
Colour the hands blue.
Draw red eyes ad teeth inside the circle.
Draw 2 legs on the bottom of the circle.
Draw 2 claws on each foot.
Colour his face and legs shiny brown.
Draw mad eye brows above his eyes.
