First draw a large circle. 
Then make a swirl in it. 
After that make stripes on the circle. 
Next draw a rectangle with a circle for legs. 
Draw wings on each side. 
Color the circle purple with a red smile and eyes. 
Color the wings blue. 
Finally color the legs red.
