First, you make a big upside down triangle as his head.
Next, you make to thin but long mean eyes coming from the corner of the triangle and meet at the middle. 
Then, make the eye color red and make red cracks on the eye to make them bloodshot.
After that, you make a small circle nose with two nostrils. 
Then, make a straight line for the mouth. Make two fangs and a snake like tongue coming out of the mouth.
After that, make a small body with two arms with four fingers and two legs with two toes.
