1. Make a black circle and fill it in peach.
2. Make a gray square under the circle and fill it in gray
3. Make a black cloud under the square and fill it in black. 4. Make two yellow five point stars on the circle.
5. Make a red circle nose on the face.
6. Make a straight green line for the mouth on the face.
7. Make a black lightning bolt in the square and fill it in yellow.
8. Make two gray thick arms going up and down on the side of the body and put two yellow lightning bolts on each arm and fill them in yellow. 
9. Make two yellow lightning bolts going down under the cloud and fill them in yellow.
