Teddy 

First, you have to make a circular blue shaped head.

Second, draw an oval shaped body, two fat oval shaped legs, and two fat oval shaped arms. Color all those body parts blue.

Third, draw a long blue fat tail with four gray spikes on the top and three underneath. 

Fourth, draw three yellow slash claws on each hand and three blue claws on each foot.

Fifth, draw a black oval shaped mouth with lots of sharp teeth and two slanted oval red eyes.
